At Operator I led design across both sides of a chat-based commerce platform — the tools our operators used to sell, and the consumer apps people shopped in. The operator console was a full web workspace: a smart URL parser, bookmarking, interactive product cards, in-message transactions and an integrated CRM. On iOS and Android, I designed a personalized shopping feed that learned from onboarding and behavioral signals, refining its recommendations with every session.
